The first one is Thecha..a maharashtrian dish... I made it after Chef Vikas Khanna said he loves it in a video, and trust me I was blown away...The garlic is the hero here...Must Must Try

The 1st recipe is an Maharashtrian side dish and it is called Thecha it is basically eaten with Bharit (begun bhorta but with peanut and spring onion) and Bhakri (roti made of bajra, jowar or ragi)

Thank you for the love and great suggestions! Dal bhorta with warm rice is comfort food at its best, isn't it? Hope you enjoy trying out the peanut bhorta ( Maharashtran green chili Thecha). Have a fabulous weekend and much love to you and your Ammu!

These are so versatile, but I cannot eat spicy food for awhile, but I’m sure I could omit the chilies and it would still be delicious with paratha or chapati. Thanks!
