Simplify further !! Thin out some condensed milk(milkmaid/Amul mikhail mate) with a small quantity of saffron infused Milk and pour over the fried bread ..excellent !!

Slight variation of shahi tukda where we don’t use custard. Pal cake ingredients similar to what I use for malapooa. Only we spread them on fry pan n shallow fry n they are thin n tasty .
