As somebody that lives in Bangor, Bangor is a really good place to live. There are a lot of stuff to do in Bangor, we even have our own pier! So that’s why you should maybe come to Bangor if you want / Fel rhywun sy'n byw ym Mangor, mae Bangor yn lle da iawn i fyw. Mae llawer o bethau i'w gwneud ym Mangor, mae gennym hyd yn oed ein pier ein hunain! Felly dyna pam efallai y dylech chi ddod i Fangor os ydych chi eisiau. Am I good at Welsh…?

You'll notice one of the prominent features of the city, a 10-storey brutalist tower block (probably the closest thing Bangor had to a 'skyscraper') known as the Alun Roberts Building (aka the Chemistry Tower), covered with scaffolding in the process of demolition. This was the university's chemistry building, where my dad used to work over a decade ago, which had sadly fallen out of use in recent times. I wonder will be built in its place.

I think so. Quite a few brand grocery stores are dotted there and transportation is also superb.

Bangor' shopping scene has gone severely downhill since the Debenhams shut, and the council royally shot themselves in the foot when they refused to let Primark take over (which would've saved the city imo), despite the building being perfect to house one and the fact Bangor could do with a Primark with its student population and the fact there are currently only two of them in North Wales (Wrexham and Llandudno).
