@@nathv_ this song is based on a ship called MV Sewol ferry which sanked on April 16 , 2016 in which there were a lot students of high school 500 approx maybe which were on a trip and the ship sanked and the captain cheated them and ran away when the ship was sinking (actually he promised the students that a rescue team is coming to help them but no one came to help them and they all drowned while waiting but some students panicked and ran out of the ship and saved themselves . So on this tragedy the song spring day is based and if you see the MV of this song so it is a little seashore type area and the shoes on the trees means the dead students shoes So this is the story and 400 approx were drowned to death and 100 approx were saved.
