The 1st story I don't believe Toby kidnapped the guy but I do believe he was framed by the very guy who is said to be kidnapped..... It makes sense if you think why the money was never retrieved...cause the son was long gone.. And who would walk around with someone's phone (which is on not off) knowing that fbi is involved?
