Mark is an ASS! That chef needs a 2nd person in there to do the side dishes. She needs one or she will burn out ever quickly. There's always a sue chef. I don't know if I spelled that right but you get the point. She needs to set the kitchen up the way that works for her not for him. And I would stand up to him. Keep in mind this isn't a documentary. Mark's shown he's cost conscious over his payroll headcount, yet no drama about one of the new hires being let go. Probable that the producers weaved the whole situation together, from two different hiring campaigns.

Mark really needs to work on just doing his job and working FOR the employees. As a boss you should be trying to make their lives as easy as possible and your employees (or the people you're managing) should be working to make your life as easy as possible. If everyone did that, everyone would be much less stressed, much more happy and productive

Roughtly 10 years. Meantime some kitchens mandate gloves - false sense of security. Bare hands, you knew to wash any time you touched anything other than food/utensils. Noteworthy that there was no Covid in the days before santizer and "PPE"!

I’m a picky eater. But my parents didn’t force me. I almost flunked home ex, because I wouldn’t eat broccoli. I didn’t eat cauliflower till I was pregnant with my2nd born. It was in a frozen dinner, I was starving soitried it. I love all that now. I didn’t force my kids to eat something,I said Try it, if they didn’t like it I’d say what can We do to make it better? 🧈 or a sauce? 4-13-21. ❤️✌️🙏👍🇺🇸
