I noticed that too. I guess it’s because the south west is a natural southerly direction for those of us in that region and the nearest coastline for this landlocked region! Put it this way, on the first sunny weekend of any year you’ll find more Brummies in Weston-super-Mare than you will in Brum!
@TomCro73
@TomCro73 Жыл бұрын
I hear it started when several of my fellow Brummies won nice boats on TV quiz shows in the 1980s... said region offers very finite scope for the thrills of open water, so they'd convoy to the coast with friends. The tradition outlasted the prizes, alas.

I’m a picky eater. But my parents didn’t force me. I almost flunked home ex, because I wouldn’t eat broccoli. I didn’t eat cauliflower till I was pregnant with my2nd born. It was in a frozen dinner, I was starving soitried it. I love all that now. I didn’t force my kids to eat something,I said Try it, if they didn’t like it I’d say what can We do to make it better? 🧈 or a sauce? 4-13-21. ❤️✌️🙏👍🇺🇸

He means well, and he puts the effort in - I'll give him that. He just needs a vast amount of professional mentoring.

Mark is very stuck in his ways. He likes what he likes and thinks nothing is better. He’s not willing to be open to anything else. He literally thinks he knows it all.

that Mark just blames everyone else for his failures and haplessness no wonder the hotel went downhill and bust, and slagging off that chef just disrespectful.

Mark would be intolerable to work for. To be honest i don't think he would get anyone decent working for him. Apart from the chef. He seems to care about his job and he would be better as the owner!
