One thing you forgot to mention: If you quit at any point before you rescue Tootie, the transfer of Tootie's cuteness to Gruntilda will be a success resulting in Grunty having a hot body, and Mumbo being smitten with her, while Tootie looks like she got Klungo's DNA mixed with hers, the ultimate "YOU FAILED!" moment.

Man this game is just a blast. It's one of the prettiest games I've ever seen and it's packed with charme up to the brim. The stlye works really nice on the n64 and it's one of my favourite graphics stlyes ever. The soundtrack is just one banger after the other. Grant Kirkhope really outdid himself here. I listen to the soundtrack frequently, it's just so catchy and fun. This game is an absolute masterpiece and a true work of art. I love it a lot. Even though it didn't work out, the fact that they wanted to take the N64'S RAM retention and turn it into a feature to allow for cross-game content is genuinely amazing. That could only come from the mind of a creative mad genius. Rare was sometimes too ambitious for their own good, but their games were still much better off for it.

Ay man, just felt I should mention something. I ain't bashing your opinion at all, but you say in the beginning that this game defined your childhood and boy is it obvious. Two perfect ten outta tens right out of the gate? I don't mean to sound insulting or anything, as I haven't seen the rest of the vid yet, but it gives me the vibe you might be wearing those nostalgia goggles a bit too hard. Not to say it renders your opinion invalid, especially since you literally adressed that point right as I'm typing it. Props to you for recognizing bias. Just felt that it was a bit prominent, that's all. Other than that, loving the video, especially since you arent afraid to just speak your mind in general. These kinda breakdowns are one of my favorite kinds of videos, so I hope you keep to this style.

I can honestly say I’ve come a long way from this and learned to be a bit more critical. However Banjo Kazooie legitimately holds up if you like this style of game. Plus I don’t think every world is a 10/10 if you haven’t finished the video. I appreciate you watching tho :)

@@jiggylookback Yeah, like i said, you adressing your bias and giving the third level a 7.5 came up the moment I finished typing that initial criticism, so I realize I was a bit hasty.
