Sir in FD does the rate of interest remains same till the end as it was in starting? And in RD too like now as in 2020 the rate of interest have fallen so for example like people who have made an RD in 2019 and now in 2020 the rates have fallen so will the people get rates according to 2019 or the current rate? Rate is fixed for the whole term. So if you book an FD at 5% today & your FD matures on 1st September 2021 it remains locked at 5% for the whole year, changing rates don't matter during this 1 year term.

the Nil and 0 are actually interchangeable, there is a lot of confusion on this and IBPS has not yet clarified so we need to wait but NR vacancies can surely increase, atleast 4 to 5k we should reach but only by Nov-Dec

The bank will give you TDS certificate. If interest income in 1 year exceeds Rs.10,000 then they will deduct. You can claim it back in your tax returns for that FY if your income is below tax threshold.

I have a difference of opinion regarding the use of LAP that you said. It gives the banking aspirants a wrong notion that it is ok if this loan turns into NPA.
