सरकार ने भले ही न्याय की देवी की आंखों पर से काली पट्टी हटा दी है परन्तु असली कार्य तो तभी पूर्ण होगा जब कानून बनाने वालों और कानून को लागू करने वालों की आंखों से यह पट्टी उतरेगी तभी इस देश में त्वरित न्याय के बारे मे सोच सकते हैं। तब तक सिर्फ कल्पनायें ही कीजिए और बदले मे पाये केवल तारीख पे तारीख। किसी भी लोकतांत्रिक सरकार के लिए बडी शर्म की बात और क्या हो सकती है।

For the last five years we are continually hearing the same boring news like submitting memorandum, begging with IBA,adjournment of court case etc etc. But Mrs Nirmala Seetharamn is least bothered about the pension revision issue.She don't know, now her position is from NDA and not from BJP. She dance to the tune of CHV/IBA.We have also lost the confidence of the present judiciary system. It is only said justice delayed is justice deniyed. So my sincere advice to you all is lodge a complaint with main opposition party in Lokasabha to take up the issue in parliament.

Every time the cases are adjourned hence no use of flashing the computer dates.I don't think our updation case will be on board at least coming 10 years.The cases are adjourned for the reason one or other..

महोदय ज़ी, अपडेट यही है कि कोर्ट से आपको तारीख के अलावा कुछ नहीं मिलेगा ! जब किसी दिन तारीख मिले उसे चाटते रहना ! स्वर्ग में पहुंच जाओगे ! खुश रहो ! और लोगों क़ो वीडियो बना बना कर देते रहो और आपने दो पैसे बनाते रहो यही तुम्हारे भाग्य में है ! ज्यादा लालच मत करना वरना चुल्लू भर पानी में डूब कर मरना होगा !

Mr. Modi came to power in 2014.One of his agenda was one rank one pension. Whether he unaware of evil tactics / methods of Supreme Court of India "listing date of hearing of cases years after years and after all no hearing is taking place". Why the MPs of parliament of India are not discussing this in the Parliament?
