HC must charge iba with rs 1 crore penalty now and told them to hv transparency in each bank staff, officer commutation recovery account as done in loan accounts and should give statement of accounts from 1st entry in commutation pension recovery pl

I am 2nd option opted of pension in Bank and our 15 years period of commutation deduction being completed on 26/27 Nov24 as our commutation deductiob was started wefc27-11-2009.

IBA is an unregistered and non government body as their himself acknowledged/said.so there entity is doubtful. Please ask IBA on WhatsApp grounds they are attending the court on particular case
