@@fishtherapy247 Funny coincidence though, found it way up in Sac by the Freeport bridge. I'm not ready for striper season to end! How much longer do you think we have?

Oh, ok. Yeah, me neither. This is a great season with good water conditions and lots of striper in the system. I think the majority of the run will be gone in a few weeks, but you can still catch striper in Sac River and Delta year round, just harder to catch.

Try sardines, anchovies, or blood worms, and live minnows, or if you can catch a Sacramento pike minnow, around 5 inches, put on your hook alive and the striper love them

There's still plenty of stripers around. The sacramento area still producing quality fish. Trick is what bait to use. Cut shad, live shad, or live pike minnow is the key.

Is the pline predator good from the bank?

It's best for trolling but if you're careful you can cast it from the bank. I was just testing out different lures from the bank.

Yeah, definitely, that one would be better on the bank or 5-inch swimbait, and jerkbaits works good from bank
