I wish the currency can be given value. In East Africa we have the weakest currency and in Africa we have one of the weakest. Ghana, Angola, Mozambique, Zambia have all slashed zeros from theirs, what is bank of Uganda waiting for? I say 1 US$ = Ugx 10. Those are 21st century exchange rates.
