More number of people is affected ,aged people,pension is not updated for almost 4 decades,revision from own source of fund,all most other central government pensions , Railway, defence,state government pensions,postal etc,etc, revised periodically for which the government paying from budget, and so many reasons are enough for the quick disposal of the case.
