sir, it shud hav clarified whether banks can refuge or dilute pension updation under d pretext that funds avaulable can meet only this much revision/increase. 2) thr is no clarity abt quantum of pension updation.how much it shud b updated, @ what interval or linked to wage revision etc. pl ask ur learned counsel 2 throw light on this.
