For the last five years we are continually hearing the same boring news like submitting memorandum, begging with IBA,adjournment of court case etc etc. But Mrs Nirmala Seetharamn is least bothered about the pension revision issue.She don't know, now her position is from NDA and not from BJP. She dance to the tune of CHV/IBA.We have also lost the confidence of the present judiciary system. It is only said justice delayed is justice deniyed. So my sincere advice to you all is lodge a complaint with main opposition party in Lokasabha to take up the issue in parliament.

RRB won the tortoise and the Rabit race.most of the banks looked down at them and so also their union.Now they won the race.they will also get updation.they have also requested for pension arrears for resignees and left overs RRB union is not dividing the pensioners and retirees.they have a big heart.feels so proud of them

Because of inflation the salaries were raised to double every seven to eight years before 2015 approximately for the same years of services rendered But Pension is not doubled even after ten years of retirement even without increment. While individual cost of living is more due to health problems ,and inefficient to get income for senior citizens it is surprising why unions not considered this nececity of pensipners for bargaining higher Pension Settlement

Neither the Government nor banks are inclined to enhance pension benefits for retirees. Some private banks have neglected pension obligations to their former employees and disregarded MOU terms during takeovers, affecting numerous retirees for 15-20 years. Unfortunately, these individuals lack political influence, and courts have been slow to address this issue, repeatedly postponing hearings without considering the plight of affected bank employees.

All pleas, requests, demands of these old pensioners have been falling on deaf years. The authorities are smart enough to plead in the Courts at a very high cost to deny the legitimate dues to the pensioners. None of these authorities would definitely feel bad if they are also given a similar( pension )treatment.

Sir, All these are old stories known to everybody. Our great FM & entire team will do nothing. It is better to stop submitting memorandum, dharna, demostration, filing case in High court, supreme court. Last 5 years nothing happened.
