This was excellent! You DID do the 2 things I said in my comment! Great minds! You are so good at these calls. I'm glad that you didn't tell them you knew it was a scam & just demonstrated how to not be coerced by their repetitive insistence. You are so believable! Some scambaiters provoke the scammers by playing outrageous characters (& sometimes more than one character!) that eat up their time, which is entertaining. THIS video, however, is something folks should share with older people because you demonstrated how they, as an older person, could be completely cooperative while still being assertive & protecting yourself. That is incredibly valuable. You actually educate people throughout the video on what they are doing & why they want certain information. Jim Browning does that, too, although he's a hacker also, so he can do other things, even interrupting a scam call in progress by constantly refreshing the page at just the point where the scammers are about to show the person their bank account with the altered HTML! He was then able to call the victim & tell them the people were scammers & told her to use the power button to turn off her computer. Then he gave her further instructions after their connection was broken on how to get that software off her computer, etc. You can see this video & many others by Jim & other hackers, some of your, some hilarious ones, and much more in the playlist I've curated called "Scambaiting & Scam Education". I encourage everyone to check that out & bookmark it. (I do not get paid by anyone for compiling & organizing these playlists (or anything else I do), and my channel isn't even monetized. I just like to provide the most useful information I find on YT about a plethora of subjects to people.)

Like what? They're a private company not law enforcement, I don't think they really can do much more then they already do. Maybe do what Dole did in Hawaii and force Jamaica to join the US so we get direct control of law enforcement? Or PCH could hire mercs lol. Besides, nothing is going to be done because there's no money in stopping it, but there's *lots* of money in the ID protection racket for companies like Aura and Norton and all the VPN companies. Why solve the problem once and for all when selling bandaids is so much more lucrative?

27:18 Even assuming that was interest checking, you'd get more money from a savings account because if you didn't, why even have a savings account? Is that FDIC insurance per account? If it's per account, then you'd want to put the max that's insured in each account & then open various CDs & money market accounts with the rest. Of course, with money like that, you can take a chance on less secure investments, but I honestly would need a couple of years just to figure out what to do with a huge sum of money coming to me unexpectedly. Listen! Ha! I sound like *I* actually won something from these SCAMMERS! It just takes me FOREVER to make decisions & the commitment time for CDs would be up by the time I figured out what else to do with that money that could make more money than CDs, but at least I'd be getting SOMETHING in the meantime.

I loved the financial advice from the scammer. HAHA! They have no idea. When my check gets here, I'm calling you to help me sort out what to do.

Just a heads up, I'am getting voice mails from a female, no accent, does not direct it to one peticular person. Just states the call is in regards to a tax debt. I'am retired, I don't pay taxes. 😅 Will not return the call.

Those are good old American scammers. Most operate under legally formed companies -- with lawyers. For this reason, you don't hear many scambaiters go after them. I did an information gathering call with them a while back for an organization. IDK if anyone would be interested in listening to that or not. Maybe I'll try to find it and publish it. It's a giant RIP OFF and credit disaster.

They might be a bit sophisticated but the first guy is still ST&%I'D, you can tell he was reading off the script , also the banker, which was a MAN, was also not very smart!!!! He didn't know how to think on his feet in the slightest!!! "The bank only trusts certain people to be private bankers!" IF YOU WORK AT A BANK I'M PRETTY SURE THEY NEED TO TRUST EVERYONE!!! Not very smart AT all!!! THEY had no clue what to do after you played it smart!!! Lol THE LAST GUY WAS ALSO NOT INTELLIGENT!!!

The robo call is British and the scammers are sound Jamaican or possibly Dominican? Their scam is ridiculous, Jessica Parker,' really??!! She got the name off 'Sex in the City'😂 Sarah Jessica Parker. A genuine personal banker, I mean a professional one would not mind if their client wants to attend their bank in person to complete their crazy transaction. The way Jessica was so insistent is scary and off-putting. Normal people don't start arguing with their clients, or gets irate or cuts the call, they're so stupid.

American Gaming Association (AGA)? PCH has nothing to do with casinos or sports betting. After listening to their 💩 I may need the American Gastroenterological Association (also AGA) though. "Please provide me the last 6 digit of your account number for verification" It only has 8 digits so why not the whole thing...on this recorded line.🙄🙄

👆🏻 Always recorded! 👆🏻👆🏻 They are always trying new things to make it seem more official. It's ridiculous. Next, maybe ADA approved -- 9 out of 10 dentists.

I once suppositly won a lottery by MADD mothers against drunk drivers about 30 million approximately a brand new Mercedes-Benz all i had to do was buy 2000 dollars in bumper stickers warning against drunk drivers. I pretended to be excited i suggested they take the 2000 off my winnings send the bumper stickers and the remaining winnings . I played along until i got bored and ended the call. I refused to budge from them taking the money off my imaginary winnings . I said i dont know you your a voice over the phone a stranger i dont send strangers money no matter what the promise me in return

Lol the last thing they want is you going to your bank to transfer the money to pay to get winnings. For one thing if theres taxes or fees to come off winnings you dont have to pay it first it just comes off. You can hear the panic in the scammers voice . You never give personal banking info over the phone to anyone. They wanted that bank info badly. Lol shame on you for being so difficult
