Recently I try to send email to ask about that, they replied me that the minimum amount is HKD 50,000 (EUR6,046). I am preparing to exchange study for 1 semester in Austria!

Hey, I have opened my account in a bank in India a week ago and I will use this as my main account. But it doesn't have any transactions and my appointment is in a month from now (13th April), hence I wouldn't be able to give my bank statement for 3 months, will that be an issue?? Before this, I have been using Paytm bank for all of my transactions. I never dealt with large transactions before. But now for the Residence permit, I need to show 13-14 lakhs INR , which is not possible in Paytm bank (the limit is only 2 lakhs) Please help!

You can do the entire process on your own without consulting any consultant /agent! Most of them have no knowledge about the process and are just sitting to get you an admission letter.

Even for a student visa, if your stay is over 6 months you need to have an approved Residence permit. Permanent residence and residence permit are 2 different things I hope I've made my point clear.
