Are these things same for Graz or every part of Austria bcoz Vienna is like Berlin where people and culture is more open then other cities!! But in smaller cities things could be a bit different.

When you are in your homecountry they stamp your passport and when you arrive in austria they give you visa card.

And are you required to transfer all of your funds from your home country's bank to an Austrian bank? Also, if they ask for proof of funds again, how are you going to show it?
