Gotta love that Plasma table!! Some people think that gear like that cost you money, but consider the accuracy improvement, labor savings and ability to reproduce parts quickly and accurately, these things MAKE you money 👍🏼👍🏼

Discovered your channel about 4 weeks ago and have watched every episode from the beginning… all I can say is wow , you’re an absolute inspiration pal. I’ve always wanted to be in your line of work but ended up in family business of Agriculture.54 now so bit late to change. Your work ethic and standard of work is brilliant and the guys that work got you too. Sam young lad can weld to that standard at 16 years old and coded 😮 , what’s he going to be like with another 20 years experience. And Cal , well he’s just a natural…. At 16 I’d have given anything to work for a boss like you Baz, very encouraging and sharing your wealth of knowledge and attention to detail. Brilliant Baz . Britain could be great again with more men like you around. Martin.

I dont know if you saw it Bazzo 47:17 that is the reason you and the team do such great work. He doesnt care it took you two guys working all day welding and twisting the frame to make it look as good as it did at the end. He had a vision, you saw it, and the lads made it just how he wanted for the price he asked, and with better quality workmanship than he expected. WF-#1 work content 2024 for all us blobs who have never smelled the fumes from a MIG/TIG/Plasma before.

In the 70s we were doing a job for GKN piling, they had just bought a new Crawler crane were the jib held 40ft long frames that a large weight slid down to pile down footings. But their manager was showing us the jib on the crawler with the worst case of cold lap mig welding I have ever seen on a large piece of equipment. They returned the machine to be re welded.
