You have to be on Discord. Specifically you have to be on a SSF2 related server on discord. Example:Game Hunter's Server. Game Hunter, in his server will announce beta testing for a mod he's working on Example: Ichigo or Chuck Norris. There are almost always 10 beta testers. The first 10 people who comment or message him saying that they want to beta test, get to beta test the mod.If you're lucky enough Game Hunter will give you the file. You can even Make a video about the mod on KZbin. BUT when beta testing, you can't upload the download link anywhere.
