@Suhas Inamdar - I didn't view videos for Banking domain. But in order to prepare for an interview, you can browse your country's regulator website and banks' websites. Retail banking, business banking and investment banking are vast domains.

Ofcourse they will consider you for BA. The difference is private IT job is very cpmpetative and professional, we have to prove and improve consistently, there is no scope for repetative task as you may do in banks day to day life. In IT, everyday you will have challenges with work, learnings, and need to solution problems as a BA. If you make success in above all, you will get hike in salary, promotions and perks very fast, but if you fail, you may not get any. There is no low performers allowed in IT for long term as we seen in governement offices. Everyone has to be competative.

Mortgage is loan taken by giving your real estate property title to the bank, upon repayment the title become void.

Actually, the conveyance of the title becomes void upon repayment of the loan, meaning that the title returns to the borrower (after the bank is satisfied with the repayment). The conditions depend on the specific mortgage terms. For example, alternately in mortgage loan, hypothecation occurs when the real estate is the collateral but the borrower enjoys the title, possession and income generated from the real estate, except in default.
