For my Cash credit account this isnt working! If i load this as a bank account it shows as a liability and if I load it as Credit Card i am unable to match customer payment with their invoice.

Let's Say, I am using a payment gateway and that payment gateway is charging a specific percentage. Now, the invoice from books is of 100rs but in my bank account i am only getting 99 rs. Assuming as a large organization, i am handling multiple payments on a daily basis, is there a way, i can reconcile this data automatically, as matching 1000 records on a daily basis manually is not feasible.

Why should we add a transaction manually?? Wont that make a difference in the balance of Zbooks and Bank account ??
