Hi. Thanks for the comment. Yes, it is quite a heavy album because it has more than 100 sheets. Even though the album is sturdy, I keep it horizontally and not vertically on the shelf just in case.

I bought both the sheets and the albums in a numismatic shop in Zagreb called Kolekcionar. But you can also buy them online on the Leuchtturm official website. I bought the flags ten years ago at a local numismatic shop.

The album is called Leuchtturm album Optima Gigant. I bought from the manufacturer's website here in Europe. There is also on ebay. I'm sorry what happened to your banknotes, I hope they'll be okay.

Albumi su Leuchtturm Optima Classic Gigant. I listove i albume sam kupio u trgovini numizmatike u Zagrebu zove se Kolekcionar. Ali imaš ih za kupiti i online na službenoj stranici Leuchtturm. Zastave sam kupio prije desetak godina u lokalnoj trgovini numizmatike.

Interesantno da sam baš razmišljao da svoj album uradim na ovakav način sa malom zastavom zemlje, samo bi dodao i godinu kad je štampana jer se nekad ne vidi na novčanici. Kako ste fiksirali novčanicu da se ne pomera unutar stranice? Jel to Lighthouse album? Vrlo lepa kolekcija, pozdrav 👋🏻

Pozdrav, hvala na komentaru. 👍🙂 Koristim dvije vrste listova Leuchtturm Optima 3C transparent i Masterphil (u drugom albumu Europa banknote). Albumi su Leuchtturm Optima Classic Gigant. Novčanice nisu s ničim dodatno fiksirane, ne pomjeraju se novčanice unutar listova vjerovatno jer zatvoren album ispresuje i izbaci zrak tako da kad listam stranice djeluju kao da su zaljepljene.

Greeting. Collecting banknotes is a long-term process because some are more difficult and some are easier to obtain. Start collecting little by little, first the easily available and cheaper ones, buying from local exchange offices or online (ebay for example). Prioritize what exactly you want to collect, banknotes from only a certain historical period or from only a certain continent or something else. They keep in mind that uncirculated (unc) banknotes are slightly more expensive and harder to find.
