She's only blaming Pete for her career crashing because it was HIS manager (Claire Powell) that helped her to make the bulk of her fortune while she was married to Pete. It's no coincidence that since Pete dumped her (taking his manager with him) Katie has been sinking. Katie arrogantly believed SHE was the business woman and the brains behind everything, when in fact it was Claire all along.

Really because when Pete went on I’m a celebrity his record company dropped him and he was broke he did the show for the money he admitted that when they both came out Katie went in the jungle as one of the most talked about women in the country at the time she was contracted to itv and had her own show before she even met Pete, then in the jungle quite clearly we all saw them fall for each over they left the jungle and Katie continued to do the same thing modelling, tv show, endorsements, books e.c.t except she did the show with Pete she had always been the breadwinner that was admitted by both of them in the show and when they split up Pete only did his reality show for about a year then his career went quite again he tried to release an album and it flopped Katie has had 7 of her own reality shows with multiple series “my crazy life”, “Katie”, “what Katie did next”, ”signed by Katie price”, “Katie price pony club” “standing up for Harvey”, “Katie & Alex” she also did I’m a celebrity again and 100% she would have won she did celebrity big brother she won that god knows how many shows she’s been on as a guest she was contracted on the loose women panel she had her own talk show, been in 2 movies released 8 more books a clothing line with jyy London a lingerie line with Asda a home range with dunelm won an Oscar hosted the brits and she’s released 3 more songs Katie most definitely is a business woman and has and will always be more successful than Pete

And just to clarify previously I said she had her own reality show before she met Pete that was false she actually had 6 “Jordan the truth about me”, “Jordan the model mum”, “Jordan you don’t even know me”, “Jordan gets even”, “Katie price the Jordan years”, “Jordan exposed” so that’s 13 reality shows oh and she had “the Jordan workout” dvd that sold millions her show with Dwayne and she hosted the national television awards not to mention the 27 children’s animation books she sold oh yeah and the whole being one of the worlds best glamour models forgot about how she did loaded magazine, closer magazine, fabulous, front, ckm, lads mag, attitude, scarlet, wonderland, dynamite, hayemaker and there where the multiple perfume and makeup ranges she’s had oh and she was in playboy with Hugh Hefner and the year she did playboy it was the highest sold playboy magazine in history, nobody can ever say that she isn’t a business woman and Pete was more successful your completely delusional because she’s probably one of the most successful people of all time

She had an amazing team behind her getting her all those lucrative deals ie CAN management aka Claire Powell, who by the way, is STILL getting Pete consistent work. Neither Kate nor Pete are as popular as they once were, but at least he is still well off and earning consistently. And remember, the whole reason Katie went into I'm A Celeb... in the first place was to change the public's perception of her. She wasn't well liked by the public because people saw her as cheap and easy, especially after the Gareth Gates scandal. Katie even ADMITS in her second autobiography that Pete's family are "well off", so no, he didn't actually NEED to go on I'm A Celeb. It was most likely a suggestion made by his management. You say Katie has written all these books, but the fact is, she had a ghost writer. Have you not seen her spelling/grammar on social media? She is NOT a permanent fixture on Loose Women, so can't be getting paid a lot for that. Her reality show has moved from a major channel to a minor one, so she'll most likely be getting paid less for that too. A few of her companies actually went bust. At this point she is just flogging a dead horse. Why else would she keep getting unnecessary plastic surgery when she is not relevant as a glamour model anymore? She is desperate to rebuild her fortune off her looks, that's why. If she truly had any business sense then she would understand that looks are a depreciating asset, and that you have to find another avenue to make big bucks when your looks fade. She will never see the kind of money she earned with Pete ever again.

I feel sad for her. She was adored by men and envied by girls when she was younger. She met Pete and probably for the first and only time felt truly loved. I think she tested him over and over until he couldn’t take it anymore and left. Since then she has tried to find that again but made the mistake of reeling the men in with lavish gifts, thinking that would make them love her. She’s scared of losing her Mum, she’s scared of being on her own and she is even more scared of growing old. She thinks she has to be a pin up to feel loved. She needs/needed a strong man who will take control and look after her but she will never get that while she is so self-obsessed. Regardless of what anyone thinks she has fought for her disabled Son and made Government start to look at online trolling. It was a great interview Matt, she was always going to talk over you but you allowed her to open up and say what she needed. I get that people dislike her but why they then go out of their way to be horrible. Her kids may someday read these comments. People hiding behind a keyboard and fake accounts just to post hate are everything that is wrong in this world!! Treat people how you want to be treated!

The only millionaires that came back bigger and better were the ones that had the brains and business sense in the first place, and didn't have to rely on a good team pulling all the strings behind the scenes like Katie had. They also most likely made their money on things that had longevity. Katie has made her millions mainly off her body/looks - and as we know - looks are a depeciating asset. If she can't come up with a lucrative business plan (that doesn't involve selling her looks/body) soon, she will never even be close to how wealthy she was ever again.

I have enormous respect for Katie, she came from nothing and worked her way up all by herself to surpass page three and become a TV personality. That's no mean feat. People might slag her off and say she is 'past it' or 'finished' but she still has her own TV show, endorses many products and has her own clothing line. I think that she is a brilliant mum to her gorgeous kids, she has got Harvey's Law to parliament, how amazing is that! Katie Price is a strong woman and a survivor, and I don't think she is 'finished' at all, I wish her love, luck and happiness in the future. ❤️

I feel quite sad for Katie in recent years, I get the impression she has suffered a mental breakdown behind closed doors and is now just spiralling through the daily chaos that is her life. Like a butterfly in a hurricane. Her whole demeanour has changed, shes manic in her speech, struggle's to hold a conversation, just seems so distant. If you look back to interviews/ reality shows post-2005 to around 2010 she was able to converse without interruption and was more articulate in her responses, she can barely pronounce very simple words today. Anxiety perhaps or something requiring more attention? I think she needs to take her money and invest in a portfolio that can sustain her needs and wants without having to rely on the media to pay her bills. Otherwise, I fear this will end badly for her. She needs to shut everything down, hideaway and work on her self and her money, then come back reborn. All stars lose their sparkle but Katie is tarnishing hers before shes had time to enjoy it.

Me, I feel pity for children living below the poverty line who live in poor quality housing, have no cooker in their home, inadequate clothing and heating, poor nutrition and consequently poorer health than their peers not living in these circumstances. Katie, you're doing your best. Life can be very tough at times. Just treat this as a fresh start!!! Reevaluate everthing in your life and see this as a chance, to learn and grow again!!! I'd love to see you design a set of kitchen delph and duvet covers, curtains etc. I would buy your products. What about doing a make up line like Kylie Jenner? But you could do a more mature type of cosmetics ie. No eyeshadow with glitter, no glitterry lipsticks and blusher. I mean do some research and design an age appropriate make up range for women in their 40s. If Victoria Beckham and Kylie can do it then, you certainly can!!!!!! You can do anything that you want hun. I wish you nothing but the best. What about doing a TV series about farm animals? You love horses? I'm afraid of them even thought, I know they are beautiful animals. I'd love to see you design a leisure clothing range!! Costume jewellery, shoes etc. You could also write another book. It could be about Harvey kind of like a funny, kind self help book about caring for a child with special needs??? You could research serious medical aspects of say autism and talk about daily life dealing with your life. I'm sure it would help many parents. It’s heartbreaking this. I’ve followed Katie from about 9 years old and seeing how she’s treat now is crazy. Bankruptcy? So what. She’s done a bit of coke? So what, she found a way that helped her cope with what was going on in her life. Why drag her for it when the reason she was doing it was to cope. Exact situations like this cause people to commit suicide. Call her thick and dum? 29 million books this lady has sold, 29 MILLION!! Come on, for a little ‘chavvy’ girl from Brighton (her words haha), she ain’t half done good for herself. I bet the people dragging her in the public and newspaper editors have mounting credit card debt etc, but since she’s seen as public property, they can really pin her down with hers. It’s going too far now, I’ve always said it’s great we have freedom of the press but now, with Katie and Harvey as prime examples, there needs to be guidelines. There is only so much someone can take. Keep your head up Katie, you’ve still got so many people behind you, so many people rooting for you and so many people who still really look up to you. Never underestimate the Pricey and all that 😂. Does anyone know who her agent or business enquire address is? For exactly what she’s going through at the minute reflects a project I’m working on. Well done Katie....you are so down to earth and honest..people commenting on here about her interrupting is unhelpful and rude...she came across well in my opinion as the interview seemed informal..but somewhat slightly anxious..I understand that, as she has been through such a lot of unfair criticism and wanted to get her point across ...I am a chatterbox also and when I look back at old videos at Katie's age ( I'm now 65) I think I interrupt constantly and I'm horrified about the way I must have come across but I had these constant thoughts in my head and had to say it before I lost my train of thought...from listening to katie I feel it's some form of anxiety never meant to be rude ... The reason Katie’s career nose dived after splitting with ex’s is due to the way she behaved, !!!! I used to love the reality shows she did with Pete, they were brilliant! But the last ep before they split she spoke to him appallingly telling him he was a ‘has been’ before he met her in the jungle, she went to the jungle because her career was on the rocks back then! It was after she met Pete their brand was popular together!! She’s never got over Pete! Such a shame!

I don’t know how she can say she still has money when she is bankrupt? You can’t be made bankrupt if you have enough money to pay your debts. Which she clearly didn’t! She was also in a lot of arrears with her mortgage. So she will most likely lose it especially now it’s in such a state. She is renting a house. Any money she earns that is over what she needs to live, and no that won’t include hair and nails, bar £20 will be taken away to pay the debt. It doesn’t just get rid of the debts especially if you have a £2 million point house. They will still expect her to pay what she owes. She is broke pure and simple. She is trying to sell shit on Instagram. Be honest Katie. For once just be honest. You are not bankrupt because of something that happened years ago. You had enough money to live very well until you died. You wasted it on surgery and other pointless things. You threw it all away. No decent company will use you. So you are not earning much money anymore. You lie and say you wouldn’t drop your price well you don’t have any choice really do you.

Matt, I really appreciate this interview. I love the way you have concentrated 100% on Katie, unlike so many interviewers who continually interrupt and make it all about them. I respect Katie, what you see is what you get. You can't say fairer than that. Katie has done so much good in the world, especially with Harvey's Law. Society likes to criticise, it's the same old game of them bringing someone else down to raise themselves up. It's easier to highlight the flaws in another. That way, the focus doesn't have to point to themselves. Hands up anyone who has NEVER made a mistake - Katie has made loads, however, she never covers this up.
