Lots of space in this one. I like the functionality aspects especially the laundry room, built in storage, three car garage. It looks to be in great shape, but developer money talks I suppose. Thanks Noah! Interesting find.

It looks like they were renovating the basement for a home business and those rooms are either offices or maybe it was going to be a massage/chiropractor place? With the rooms not having any exterior light source I feel like massage/chiropractor,but I could be out to lunch here too lol thanks for another awesome tour Noah!😊

Fix the mold problem and it would make a great place for a lodge or apartments even - a shame to tear it down. It's more suitable for commercial use in my opinion.

Noah, I always enjoy your finds. Must admit in spite of the size of this house I find it atrocious. Clearly a custom built home but having an architect that designed a very boring “box”. Even the front of the house is ugly. And no complimentary landscaping in front to soften the home’s exterior. Only the rear of the house with all the windows appealed me. And you’d think they would’ve had a pool. But nevertheless I enjoyed watching this video. Just Seems no creativity was included in the structure but for that one bathroom. The house could be made more attractive had someone else bought after the build. So many odd things…the boring living room fireplace, the gigantic huge room that seemed to have no purpose. It’s all a mystery to me! Keep finding these abandoned homes. I always enjoy watching even if I’m mystified, lol!

This is not a great house! The house look like a bad cheaply made cabinets You put together, if I had 6 millions dollars this is not the house for me, I've Seen apt with better set-ups
