It is made from corn and cassava dough. you will mix them with water and some salt to taste and prepare. Its call 'Banku' and can also be eaten with okro stew or any soup of your choice. Gh❤😊🇬🇭

That's not a smart thing to say. That sticky dough is best eaten with the fingers. At any rate, the fingers are the original spoon/fork. No? A bit of cultural relativism is important too.
