I was a supervisor in one of the buildings that Banky was housed. Hes a good guy and it makes my heart smile to see the guys get out who deserve it. Had 2 riots pop off in my dorm in 2008 while at Turbeville . The amount of psychological abuse that was done while locked down 24-7 getting one sandwich a day , no rec , no shower , no phone , no mail. We was locked down 2 months like that. I even choked my roommate out for messing with my food. I'm non violent but that turned me into an animal

I can just see the pain in his face and how hard he was trying to not let his family notice it in the pic but he could barley smile. I never made it to prison because I learned my lesson but I spent from 13-18 yrs old in “youth development centers” in TN, that shit damaged me fr. If they can torment, starve and torture a kid with isolation, I can’t imagine what they can do to an adult. But like OG said the #1 thing always, GOD IS GOOD.

The part about his mom always calling and checking up on him and that's his number one person really hit home because I lost both my parents by 30 years old to cancer within two years of each other so that's cool that he cherishes that and that they have a close relationship and just said he's thankful that it his age they're still around and he makes most of it cuz I'll tell you what it is some hard stuff to do with at 30 years old losing both your parents especially one this year and then two years after that the next one a big life lesson in Stepping Stones to deal with and I'm still dealing with and very badly upsets me when people disrespect their parents or treat their parents in a disrespectful or negative way because I would give anything to even be able to do that with my own parents that was very touching glad that he nose and realizes that he is so close and not be taken for granted with his mom

Joe should just keep his channel focused on going around and talking to dope prisoners actually looking for reform or Ex cons who have already reformed that want to share pictures or stories I mean I’m sure there are plenty around. That would be enough to get a lot of views and a lot of regular viewers a bit more back on board. This is what we all originally came here to see anyway. If Joe sees this comment I’d urge him to take a look over at the r/afterprisonshow subreddit. Amidst the haters and shit there’s people that are die hard APS fans that really want the best for Joe and the show. Might help point him in the right direction. Anyway. I don’t usually comment like this in a sappy way on APS videos but I really got in my feels over this one. It’s great content and I just wanna send some real good warm love to Joe and Banky and everyone we rock with. Even Rabbit who lookin mad unwell and he rocks with Gelico which I think is sinful. I got big laughs checking out your hookups I was point an doing the microwave when I was in I really got better once I got to the Feds.
