I’ve seen it both ways, sometimes in the yard dudes will yell some slick shit, and bring the heat when otherwise there was none... I’ve seen dudes start non sense in the day room trying to impress their friends, it worked with some and failed with others... I seen police shoot the fade and send the joker to his cell afterwards, I’ve seen some call the Sgt immediately and have dude removed, I’ve seen police start with dudes for no good reason and get innocent people hurt.... keep schooling them Bank, hopefully you will reach some....

It's really interesting the whole CO dynamic. There are some really horrid COs that take that position to compensate for their insecurities and baggage (which is tragic), and then there are other COs like my dad was. He made lots of bonds with the incarcerated brothers and I have a pic hanging in my bedroom that one of the incarcerated brothers drew for him. it's gotta be over 40 years old... But anyway... I think the bad ones outweigh the good ones in numbers. And therein lies the problem. How much time did they put you in seg for what you did Banky? Did they add more time to your sentence?

I dont know how it works for CO' s. But when city police get fired for some racist stuff. They can still go to another city or state and be a police all over again. So the ones who got fired for beating 50. I'd be willing to bet they are still CO just somewhere else. We need better laws so they can't just move around.
