I think every person in the city should carry and own a proper bodycam to avoid situation like that, especially if u know that u have low specs to avoid these such of convenience Bodycam useful for situations like: 1. getting rammed by someone 2. getting killed by someone without demands 3. if u have glitch/bug that cause any reason like the video below 4. if someone blocks your way to exterior/mod shop in purpose to troll 4. I can honestly say he is not cheating, It's because of his pc I got that same problem with my pc as well buddy. Me my self have that same issue sometimes while driving, my game just lag and then I went under ground and come back on the road not everybody as a good quality pc brother. Some of us have very bad pc but we still play this server for fun and enjoyment buddy. GRP is the best server ever I can say that so we all want to stay and play :) my ID in en1 348701 and my en2 ID 161493.
