I love Ireland and Irish people. Visited Irelend for 4 days in 2022. Unfortunately, I felt it on my skin. I recently got a job offer in Dublin to work in public sector but until now cannot find an accommodation and have to consider the option not relocating at this time. As a working professional I would only contribute to this lovely country. I sincerely hope Ireland will find the way to sort out the housing crisis. A Croatian living in the UK. Veliki pozdrav

Bus Eireann can't have too many Drivers in Galway. As the Troll said what bus route they were driving on a particular day, that will narrow the 'field'. I'm fairly sure the comments they made would be grounds for dismissal The Driver may then have to join the 64,000 You could try to draw the Driver out. Message them saying: "I'm going from to the City Centre later. Will you be driving past me if you see me?" Or "What bus route should I avoid today?"

Left Ireland 2 months ago. Ireland is full of Chavs, beside the nature, there is really not anything to see. Pubs are very overrated, and contrary to popular beliefs, not all are welcoming. Also as all knows, accomodation prices are a joke, compared to very average salaries. It is said that Ireland is one of Europes riches countries, I don't know who made that up. After 60+ job reviews, 10 interviews, and 3 jobs, I can say none of the monthly salaries exceeded 2200 euros, and I'm talking shiftleader and quality control positions

My rationale is that this was mentioned by Lorraine in a previous video so, any troll could just do a google search and determine what the bus route is and then quote it to make it seem that they were the genuine article. An actual bus driver with a chip on his/her shoulder mightn't keep on at you to get a response.

Meanwhile, back in reality, practically EVERY developed country on this planet is going through a housing crisis. If you think that the classic Irish response of moving to Australia, Canada, the USA, New Zealand or the UK is going to make life easier, you are simply deluded.
@musashidanmcgrath5 ай бұрын
Not true at all. If you have a trade/skills/work ethic you can live a fantastic life in Australia. I worked there for 10 years and earned/saved enough to retire at 44 with no mortgage. Perth construction is absolutely BOOMING again. If you are a civil chippie/machine driver get your arse over there.

@@musashidanmcgrath there's little to no housing in Oz... and we're the most expensive on almost everything... for instance Xina and the US pay only a third of the price we pay for Australian gas... and the building industry in Oz is mafioso...
@musashidanmcgrath5 ай бұрын
@@blueeyes402 Yes, Australia is expensive, so that's why I said if you have a profession you can live very well and save a lot of money. There's no other place in the world where tradesmen can earn Australian salaries. You're right, the housing construction is a mafia. I had very bad experiences, that's why I moved into civil construction. That's where the money is. Irish tradesmen can walk into a civil job because all the work is being done by Irish contractors, and the pay is huge. As I said, I was able to retire at 44, but I worked hard to achieve that.

1. Please stop with the twee and disproportionately loud intro music, which necessitates the watcher to scramble for the volume control at the start of your vid, and then to have to turn the volume up again after you start your verbal rant part of the vid. 2. When you are editing bits of footage in and out of your vids, please use software to regularize the volume level across all segments in your vids. - again it is a pain in the arse to have to scramble and fumble to correct the volume levels on your vids. Because of the above I would not take the chance (or make the effort) of watching another one of your vids again, as there is not enough in them in the first place, so when you put shiteall effort into the comfort of your viewers, then, fair enough ok, i will be putting shiteall effort into watching in the future. I hope this feedback is useful to ye in your efforts.

Having grown up in Rural Ireland and having lived in the U.K. for 23 years, Bus Éireann drivers always have had a reputation for being abusive, ignorant, rude, petty, small-minded and unprofessional and on my subsequent return visits to Ireland over the years, even post-Covid, nothing has changed, in fact it’s got much worse - working in a customer-facing role, I notice this all the time and it is totally unacceptable - the whole mindset and attitude in Bus Éireann needs to change, as their attitude is being driven by the trade unions, who have nothing but contempt for the travelling public who pay their wages - Bus Éireann fares are massively over-inflated and Dublin Busaras coach station is a complete disgrace - where possible, I try to avoid Bus Éireann and use Irish Rail as much as I can, who are the direct opposite of Bus Éireann’s non-existent customer service, matched only by Dublin Bus
