6:52 i mean......... i had a P.E. teacher that..... I get changing for P.E. to not sweat/stink up your normal cloths. but middle school P.E you play like pickleball basketball.... idk. Illinois is one of the few states where P.E was mandatory, And I was always a skinny/fit weight, still am into my early 30's. Many tubby's around me coulda used it, for me it's was just awkward in some ways. but then yearly the yearly physical test, who can do the most push ups/situps just the most, fastest mile came up. And everyone gave me crap cause im the skinny guy who can do 35 push ups in a row, meanwhile they have more mass and less muscle proportional and can't do more than 10-15 for the most part. even the people in sports who elected the "fitness P.E" Can't do as many push ups. say it's cause im so small. sure, but everything is to scale and While I got the scale of my body and what I could or could not do. that had no idead and probably still do not know how the difference is from being smaller and fit to bigger and not... while not being fat just having extra weight you aren't trained to carry. I'm still more than happy with myself and own physique. hope most are too, tho many, myself included, can always strive to improve!
