Oh, it's always a good day, when I see you have released a new video! Banoffee cake / pie is one of my favourites. This looks so so good! I’d love to make it but I only have 8 inch cake tins, do you know what the cake measurements would need to be to accommodate for the bigger size? Love your videos!!

Thak you so much! :) You can use the same amount to make a cake that is less high! This cake is about for 8 people. If you really want to make it bigger divise each quantity by 0.75. That's what I would have done! But you will have a 15 people cake!

If you want to make this cake go check out our génoise recipe! We doubled the recipe for this cake to get 2 génoise :) so in this case we used 130g flour!
