Went skiing here last week. Just to say the machine opposite the ski pass kiosk doesn’t work for buying a new ski pass. The option is greyed out. The only option available is to pick up a reserved collection using a code.

Hello, you mentioned that there is a bus service which is operational taking you to the slopes. Where does it stop and is it better to take that bus or wait on the gondola lift queue? Thanks!

There is a bus service normally but not functioning right now (maybe covid risk). Best to take taxi up

It’s softer now and I expect these warmer temperatures to make first thing a little icy and then to soften up by 10:30.

I think it’ll be quite busy but it is still difficult to forecast just how busy. However even though it was busy today all the slopes are open and assuming that is the case then I think you will have a good time here. Remember Chalin Valog ski area is much underused and is wonderful. And of course getting up the mountain early with a taxi is a very good strategy to make the most of the mornings conditions

Best to get the advice of your instructor. Learning is individual and too many people rush and end up getting put off.
