Hey! I was your opponent in the last round. On the final turn, there were no creatures in the graveyards to gain life with DRS, so I think I was just dead on board, even without the Pridemage. Fun match though! I love games of legacy like this where it's not all over by turn 2.

You could have untapped the DRS after he sacced the pridemage though? And then exile the Pridemage as now there was a creature in the GY :P

(it would only have bought a turn though probably. But you never know! Equipping the Mom with Sword post-combat - when she was summoning sick - so she'd have survived blocking Knight and then become active could maybe have been a good play as well?)

my only question is why polluted delta as a fetch when the black is only a splash. like a flooded strand will fetch an underground sea and a savannah just as well

Just started watching, in case it doesn’t come up, why is Jitte good against TNN?

It isn't? At the very most it gives you lifegain vs TNN, I think they might have meant that Jitte was good on TNN, because it helps protect it from stuff that would remove it without targeting it.

Because you can race TNN with a Jitte. It's not great, but you can gain 4 life every turn so you can ignore the beatings of TNN.

StoP is already as good removal as it gets, but maybe splash for blood moon would be good.

@@colgatelampinen2501 im not quite sure how you would go about casting your own spells through a blood moon in this deck. unless some drastic changes to the mana base happen. even though all that would be based on drs and he is fortunately gone now.

@@daveruckstuhl3298 It was joke. People wanted to find reason to splash fifth colour, so I suggestesd card, that hoses greedy manabases like this. Although prior DRS ban there were Czech Piles, that played Blood Moon in sideboard.

Sean Hrecho Yeah, almost nobody plays Leovold because TNN is a thing. At least you can interact with Leovold and make mistakes! Against TNN it's just "Do you have your maybe 2 sideboard cards that deal with it? No? Well, I guess you lose then if you play a fair deck.
