Those who are saying his product was eligible for the feedback must also understand that after the show, Ashneer has no right to defame or degrade any brand. If he wanted to look cool in crowd and get some laugh for that then he must be ready for the defamation as well. Feedback he has given was a part of show and nothing much can be done about it. But Ashneer took it on personal interviews and that's the problem. Most probably, he will loose the case and Ashneer would have to pay some amount as settlement.
