Whereas these self proclaimed “professional” councillor and “expert” sales person stooped the lowest they could go. Appreciate your hard work Pradeep. It’s really disheartening to see these companies try to make fools of the middle and lower class folks, for stupid offline courses, you can find thousands of videos on KZbin, which is also offline, and can be watched anytime, any number of times. Why should any grade 6 student study for JEE? If you start your preparation from Grade 6, trust me, you’ll be frustrated and saturated by the time you get grade 12… Show your kids interesting stuff and some simple experiments if you want to increase their curiosity… Take them to national science center or other science museums in your district… Explain them how natural phenomena works (in simple terms)… Show them discovery channel, Nat Geo or History Channel… Teach your kid science not for a stupid competitive exam, but to increase their curiosity… Also, don’t force them to study Science or Math… Don’t force them to study advanced stuff, they have their whole life to learn it… If they are interested in other stuff, let them explore it… I get frustrated when I see pitches like these… PS:- I’m doing PhD in Chemistry!

Thank you for your support. I wish the government had taken stricter action against edtech companies selling long-term courses when the issue first came to light. Even now, I hope this video reaches a wider audience, as we can only imagine how many underprivileged families are still burdened with EMIs for these courses, even after the company has ceased operations. Sad to see that govt is not even trying to look into this issue. Like over one lakh families must be waiting for their refunds, thousands of them would be from really humble background as shown in the pictures at the end of the video and nobody is talking about it. It's not even an issue for mass media. When I initially raised the issue, media ignored that because they were getting advertisement budget from byjus and now when they started writing about it they are just focused on the financials and bcci money which got stuck, they are still not doing anything about the families. Its so bizzare that so many people were fooled and yet the entire system just let it happen and now wants to forget about it like it never happened.

The question he himself asked why plants should not be kept inside , his answer to that was not complete/wrong. The answer lies in respiration and photosynthesis both, during daytime plants respire and exhale Carbon dioxide, plants do photosynthesis and give oxygen It is during night time photosynthesis is not possible due to absence of light hence no oxygen , but respiration by plant is still going on and plant is exhaling carbon dioxide like daytime. Summary: Daytime - oxygen(by photosynthesis )and carbon dioxide(respiration )both are given by plant Night time- only carbon dioxide (bcs of respiration only)

I work in Etech sector they all are worst. To be honest why they have big Sales team if you see some good Institution who is giving good education and Faculty they don't need any sales team or councilor. If you failed to give quality education or experience to your children then your Institution need Sales team or councillor team

Congratulations to the well informed and smart father and son duo to not have fallen for the trap of these greedy companies. Harsha everyone learns at a different pace, never let anyone guilt trip you into buying some course that everyone says Will make you genius overnight. Best resources are available for free on internet now. My salute to your father. Sir, you protected your kid and yourself. Kindly spread the message to your relatives as well so they don't fall into this notorious money making scheme.

The same thing happened with my brother. COVID time. He wasn't very good at studies, they were guilt tripped into getting the tab. He hacked into it and did stuff with it that's a different story😂 Other than that, there was a long waiting queue for doubt clearing - upto fifteen or so days. Definitely not worth it. Get a 10k tab, load youtube. Be mindful with kids. Should do the trick.

The counsellor was wrong when he said that one part divided into 4 parts is 1/4. One part selected of 4 parts would be 1/4.
@raghvender30502 күн бұрын
These counselors are nothing but salesmen (BDAs at Byju's). I have six months of experience working there, and it was never about solving problems but about fooling everyone and generating revenue. Education should never become a business. I know the sacrifices my father made to pay for my coaching fees. It's so sad to see things getting worse.

Not the same experience. I am also in 11th preparing for JEE and a user of BYJUS self learning plan thing from 5th to 10th. They have the best teachers and I don't know what I would've done without it. Other platforms are to make you score the best in test and byjus for me was to "learn" the best things and understand the concept so clearly in school. It definitely lent me an upper hand over others as I also knew several things like where a formula came from, or a story of the scientist came across it, or let it be imagination of something. It also helped me improve my English a lot. I wish all teachers in my were like the BYJU'S's teachers.... (typing this in a hurry, so don't judge my English by my comment)

Same happened with me even though my parents were confident that iam intelligent enough but they make them think to worry about me after so many darma they ask my father to let her(me) enroll in thus 2yr classroom and the fees around 1kh something , they also stated that she is below avg not good nevertheless i gave right and one think i have noticed that they manipulate our parents and whenever a kid ans is right they tend to deny it , then they ask irrelevant things like once they ask questions to my bro his all ans were correct in maths thn 😂 instantly they start asking how u know fractiojs were fron how u know there is 7 or 6 , i mean bruh chill no one going to ask my bro in jee exam how u know 2x2 is 4 etc ..... Omg there audacity to make kids feel guilty 😢😢😢

I was a previous Byju's student . I've paid 80k rupees.Though they were good with behaviour...I felt really dumb after I was promoted to class 11 and studied from physics wallah. It was really cheap (1k for 1 year) and had live class with very good content. At the end I lost all my money purchasing Byjus.
