Ellie, Cerber, and Miniko are all easy S-tier. They're all so cute and wholesome. Their VRChat collab was especially adorable. Neuro would definitely be headphones tier for me. She's safe most of the time, but every now and then she says some really sus stuff. Evil is even more likely to say sus stuff. Vedal is relatively safe though, he mostly just swears sometimes.
