When my family and I were traveling to Los Angeles, we stopped in Stockton, California for gas. Without knowing, we ended up at a gas station in a Chicano gang territory. A Chicano lady working at the gas station realized we were an outsider. She told us we were in the wrong area and urged us to leave the area as soon as possible, which we obliged. No matter where you live in America, there are some gang activities, not necessarily Chicano, even in some rural areas.

@gusty4057 I truly understand what you wanted to say, because I had a similar experience in the past when I traveled to LA. It's another sight of the truth..
