Pple can mock him as much as they want, bt this guy is pure talent. His tracks are indispensible in almost every hollywood party playlist. He defined the 80s disco age. And the tracks are catchy and trippy as hell. Just love his music.

www.itwofs.com/hindi-bl.html A list of all plagiarized hindi music ripped off from their original talents. (Most of his songs are so called 'inspired' but listen for yourself and decide)

True bro. Those who mock him for copying some songs should realize that out of an oeuvre of over 5000 songs composed, having around 40 inspired tracks doesn't make anyone plagiarist or something like that.

There is a reason why Film Companion interviews are so good, here Anupama ji allows the guest to talk and just subtly guiding the flow of discussion whereas many others interrupt too much. Keep going. Good job.

Goosebumps.. Dear Anupama, How do you manage to keep your composure talking to such legendary artist. I mean, it's so overwhelming.. I could see it on your face how difficult it was to understand his thoughts which are old school. Hats off to both of you for bringing such an awesome episode. Made my day and I will remember and cherish this for a long long time.

It's more of cultural attributes which we Bengalis are losing. Many Bengali families encourage kids to take music, art seriously. People acknowledge different ways of living, not just do anything to earn money.
