I like what you said about Jesus setting an example with baptism, people have asked why Jesus prayed to the Father if He’s one with the Father…I believe in part it was also to be an example for us. Beautiful.

How can it be a truthful 'example' for us if it didnt REALLY HAPPEN! If 'Jesus' was really God, talking to himself? If the gosples tell us that Jesus 'Worshipped only his Fatrher' (Matt 4:10) That he 'prayed to his Father & an angel came and strengthened him' and that he called out "My God! My God!" why have you forsaken me?" was that all a 'charade'? was itg just an 'act' to sho youy & I an 'example'? NO IT WASNT! IT REALLY HAPPENED!

Did you do as they say REPENT AND BE BAPTIZED as a baby? Could you do this on your own ? Well this is what the apostles ASKED……….. BABIES can not repent and they don’t have sins. It’s so obvious you all don’t read or practice in the word of Christ what they did. So YEAH that’s why BABIES ARE NOT BAPTIZED THEY are not of the age of accountability and don’t know what sin is to repent.

Well Keith like always you answered a lot of questions that we grew up having and just never got answered or just never understood why Jesus did what he did in certain circumstances. Thank you so much for taking the time to have this video "unpacking the Mass" I have only one question this time around, what can we say to friends or family that say that they want their children to wait until they are older to decide if they want baptism or not. So they do not Baptist their children. If you can please help us help them understand why we Catholics baptize infants we would appreciate it. Thanking you in advance.

The question that immediately popped up in my mind at the start of the video is do protestants have Scripture readings assigned to each day of the year similar to our feasts or at least some days? I’ve never been protestant and I suspect they don’t. Is this correct?

Yeah justice love and mercy goes hand in hand for if one abuses love justice steps in and the same can be said that if one abuses mercy justice will step in to discipline correct instruct and even if it’s needed justice will punish that person to try and wake that person up to repent and confess his or her sins in confession and help that person be reconciled to God and this is all except able to God for he wills that to be done Amen 🙏

It surprises me. Of all the grief, the Catholics gave the Protestants, and you picked the one thing they believed the most about his Baptism, and that was it was an example. I was also surprised that you didn't say that Baptism forgave sins. Somehow most denominations skip that part, read over it. Also the Baptism of John was different than the Baptism after Jesus rose from the dead. John's Baptism was for the repentance of sins, not for the forgiveness sins (Acts 19). Jesus was baptized and he left his perfect non sinful self in the water and took our dirty filthy sludge on him, then he took those sins with him to the cross. Nailed there and died as the sacrificial lamb for the forgiveness of our sins. Way more beautiful than just to do as Jesus did. And if you are wondering about the thief on the cross? He fell under the OT law. Circumcision was where he was. Jesus commanded us to baptize all nations at his Ascension into heaven, after his death and resurrection.

Do you believe that the perfect God would leave us with a gospel that is in error? If any part of the Bible sanctioned by God is untrue, then its a false gospel. 2 Corinthians 11:3-4, Galatians 1: 8-9, and 2 Timothy 3:16 plainly spells out that the Bible is only authorized gospel of God. Mr. Keith Nester is asking you to refer to the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) which is another another gospel. He also talks about Infant Baptism, Sacraments, and Holy Water which are an inventions of the Catholic Church with no biblical foundation whatsoever. Mr. Nester also says at the beginning of the video, " It's time to turn away from our idols" which I would agree with( Mary Worship, praying to deceased Saints, bowing to the Pope, Veneration of the Eucharist, ect.).

Water baptism is symbolic, true baptism is baptism of the Holy Spirit. Read. Act. 1:5. And Jesus said the to the eleven preach the gospel and baptise them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. But in Acts disciples gave the baptism in the os Jesus.

Nowhere is baptism defined as purely spiritual. Baptism "of the Holy Spirit" is just as physical as the Son "of God". God chose to work through the physical world to save his physical image bearers. He does not cease to work through the physical world even though Jesus Christ is no longer walking among us as a physical man.
