My son started the carnivore regimen about 6 years ago. He was 42. Lost a lot of weight. Started running. Looked great. He doesn’t follow as strictly now, but if the weight goes a bit too high, he goes right back to it.

I started KETO/Carnivore two and half years ago to reverse diabetes. I am now just Carnivore. It's not hard at all. Recently I determined I was lactose intolerant and gave up cheese and sour cream. Results: no longer diabetic, no high blood pressure, no snoring, no sleep apnea, no sickness, no allergies or viruses, hearing loss gone, memory improvement, no where did I put that or why did I walk into this room, no inflammation, regained energy and dropped all that stubborn weight gain that no "diet" or "exercise" program would touch. I am 77 yrs old and weigh in the 120's. I eat until I am full and don't eat again until I get hungry. I eat red meat, fish, shrimp, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, eggs and bacon, Redmon's Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt. I don't eat chicken which sabotaged my health because not enough fat, too high in Omega 6 and can promote or feed cancer. Dr. Ken Berry, a family physician and his wife, Neisha on KZbin are my inspiration and support. He researches all the medical trials and published results. Big Pharma has lied to our doctors and they have lied to us. They are in the business of selling drugs and God gave us bodies that heals itself if we eat the proper human diet as found in the book of Leviticus.

About the only meat I eat is chicken. Your post greatly scares me! I’d like to see the scale stop at 120 again. I eat once a day but I’m rarely hungry. We are the same age btw

I already follow -7 ranch, and keep prayin, and love them. Its never a dull moment over there. If you havent been following them before the carnivore diet, Cody and Erica have really shed the pounds. They inspired me to try the diet, and Ive lost 40 lbs, and Ive been on it for 102 days. Besides that, they have great content on their channels, and you wont be disappointed.

There's a couple on KZbin, Steveand Steph who are strict carnivores, she does eat some other things, but nothing processed, he is strict because of a couple of autoimmune issues. But he says those are so much better since starting carnivore, i guess its been over a year now. But the only spice they use is salt. Im not sure i could give up as much as they have. I do like my spices. Those little ducklings are so cute. And little Rusty is so adorable, I would love to have him. His face with those eyes are just so cute. ❤❤
