Gary, you could build another rack against the tailgate for the other two bikes. The rear of the bikes would fit between the other three. That way you would have three facing the rear window and the other two would face the tailgate. Hope this may help.

I chuckle when I hear you go back and forth about the cold. My mom was like that, *always* cold. When dad and I took her to dinner on her 49th birthday, it was a super snowy December night so we were prepared for the usual, but instead she sat under the air vent and peeled off every layer, and complained about the *heat*!!!! We both did the math, reached the same conclusion, exchanged knowing looks, and fell out of our chairs laughing 😂😂😂. Your day is coming, Cassie...

Nice build Gary! Another tool to spend some family time together. You’re so lucky to still have Grandparents hereon Earth! It’s so sad that some of us lost both sets when we were young children. Spend as much time as one can possibly spend with older relatives. Hugs, Doc❤

Mazzy reminds me of my grand daughter who is a girly girl and not too energetic to play sports. My grand daughter was a good basketball player ( excellent 3 point shooter) but stopped playing when it started to be rougher and took a lot of time training. I hope Mazzy keeps playing as it is a great sport.

My son is 5 yrs younger than my daughter. Husband coached or assist coached almost every sport at the kids private school plus AAU bball. 🏀⚽️🏐 Our son went to EVERY basketball practice with his Dad no matter which team he was coaching. He sorta became an assist coach to teams younger than him. Ransom reminds me of my son, Joshua. Fond memories!😊

I am 56 and when I was a teenager around 16 I went to Boston Mass. to visit a friend. One of the 1st thing they asked me is if we had indoor plumbing in our TPs and log cabins. I thought these guys are well you know. Then they took me to downtown Boston and I was in shock at the tall buildings. I am from Norman Ok and our tallest building was 12 floors and the only tall building more then 3 floors.

Great job with the bike rack it certainly looks great ! Here in the Scotland we charge the clocks also it makes it safer for the kids going and coming home from school sunrise here is 08.46am and sunset is 3.48pm so really not much daylight at all at this time of year a huge difference from June / July when it doesn’t really get dark much . Prayers for everyone who requires one , especially some elderly people who don’t have family around them and can feel a bit lonely at this time of year. Take care and stay safe 👍

Hi Gary, Cassie, kids 👋! Love how Ranson always wants to help. He diffidently a little shadow. Ranson using the electric drill is awesome. Our grandson when he was two, he wanted to use the electric drill. So we took a cardboard box and let him sit on the rec room floor and drill screws into the box and then run them out. He loved it. It was a good way for him to learn. 🙏🏻Please pray for Patrick to gain remission and health. Please pray for my cousin who has stage four cancer of the bones and throat. Prayers for all🙏🏻 PS. Always strap the bikes down. We were coming home from Arkansas and was behind a trailer being pulled with things in it. It had a at least four foot tall chain length all around the sides of the trailer. Lord and behold a saw horse lifted out of the back of the trailer in front of us. My husband slammed the breaks and swerved out of the falling direction. We never thought in a million years a saw horse would lift up and over a four foot fenced side of a trailer, and it was a saw horse made of wood and metal brackets.

When my brother-in-law first came to visit us in Oklahoma, he definitely was expecting dusty flat land, cowboys and Indians, teepees and people packing. Seriously! This was in 1987 or 88. His perception was a cross between the 1880s and the dust bowl era! Seriously! He was a man in his late 50s not a kid!
