@, I just arrived at Charleston, SC for the military. If you ever want to hang out, we can go get some Rodney Scott BBQ…it’s different than Texas BBQ in that he smokes all his meat over wood coals. It’s delicious! It’s Carolina style so the pork is his specialty! Cheers!

@ yes! We have tried almost all the bbq restaurants here and the only 2 worth spending money on are Rodney Scott (it’s my favorite) and Palmira Barbecue. Rodney Scott is very reasonably priced, they have a lot of options on their menu like chicken strips (which are freshly battered and fried to order…they are the freaking best), catfish, burgers, and standard bbq stuff. Palmira is a little pricy, but really good. Lewis BBQ is overrated and nobody in my family enjoyed it. It was disappointing.
