और वहां केरल में लिए जा रहे 750 और यूपी में केरल का हवाला देकर ही दस हजार बढ़ा दिए पांच साल बाद रेजिस्ट्रेशन और बीस हजार रुपए दस साल बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन पर बढ़ा दी है । जबकि 16665 पहले से ही है।
