The islamic countries are governed by the Sharia hence a separate act/law is not needed for waqf. And if you want to compare other countries What about the following acts which India has .! India has these acts because India is a secular country and the constitution provides every individual the right to manage his/her religious affairs.! Hence the following laws 1. The Religious Endowments Act, 1863 One of the earliest acts dealing with the administration of religious institutions and charitable endowments for better management in India. 2. The Charitable Endowments Act, 1890 This Act provides for the creation and management of charitable endowments, including their vesting in the Treasurer of Charitable Endowments. 3. The Charitable and Religious Trusts Act, 1920 This Act enables trustees of charitable and religious trusts to seek legal guidance on the management of such endowments. 4. The Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 This state-specific Act governs the administration and management of Hindu religious institutions and charitable endowments in Andhra Pradesh. 5. The Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 This Act regulates Hindu religious institutions and charitable endowments in Tamil Nadu, providing for trustee appointments and endowment management. 6. The Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997 This Act governs the administration of Hindu religious institutions and charitable endowments in Karnataka. 7. There is a tamil inscription in the temple stating that this temple and the land surrounding it belongs to lord shiva....if waqf board can claim a temple that is older than their religion,then couldn't think about the plight of common people...Their powers has to be controlled .... i completely support this waqf amendment bill as a tamilian, but BJP should have passed this bill before elections instead of Agniveer scheme ,they could have even got majority....they missed it...

Aakash iam dissapointed with you this time. I don't like B.J.P . Iam a secular guy who analyse situation based on humanitarian values and i would say that i actually don't like Waqf board as it have always exploited our country and its people rights. Waqf boards in the Indian subcontinent were formed in 1913 during the British rule. Then they kept introducing council members, acts into it. It was good and used for charitable purpose till 1947 . As soon as partition happened it was a golden chance for Waqf to grab huge amount of lands that Muslims left behind while moving out of their native places and migrating to east and west Pakistan. Now let me tell you why i hate this board. During partition Punjabis, Sindhis living on the east Pakistan and hindus on west pakistan were affected most. (The greatest and more bigger part of Punjab is still at Pakistan) The people living there had a big-big setups, mills, ancestral lands and were farmers too. So when they moved to India. They left everything there itself. Sad part is that their ancestral lands, shops even houses were alloted to local Pakistani muslims or Muslim migrating from India to (east and west pakistan). Here comes role of waqf. Ideally the lands and houses which Muslims left here should directly be allotted to Government (and Ideally given to People who came from East and west pakistan) that was Punjabis , Hindus, Sindhis and bengali hindus. But the land was claimed by waqf and they took all of those lands ! This happened for real. Can you imagine how bad they have done. I live at Uttarakhand , Northern part of India . Here we have lived and studied together with the migrants Pakistani punjabis , hindu who came during 1947 partition. So i can actually tell you the scenario of this place. So instead of waqf board central government alloted them lands and houses here. It is evident that the capital Dehradun. Race course area were allotted to these people who migrated back from Pakistani side during partition and in hills also you will find many such people who were allotted lands by central government which is ideally very wrong. As waqf board was responsible for alloting it. Since that time i just see people of waqf board just exploiting theor positions , exploiting rules and just making laws to make it more stronger . Everything from Central Waqf Council 1964 , the Waqf Act 1954 which was later repealed. At last existing Waqf Act was passed in 1995. Which was Amendment on 2013 which gave it lethal powers. Everything was made to please the people who are sitting on boards. They even never missed opportunity to grab lands from muslims itself. Sold lands illegally to local politicians , kept for themselves and their family. Overall they have exploited whole community and nation. In my suggestion this waqf board is a strong private entity which should be completely dissolved.

It also has a 1,500-year-old Sundareswarar Temple with villagers The villagers were in for a shock when a local attempted to sell his agricultural land. The man, Rajagopal, was informed by the local authorities that his 1.2-acre plot of property belonged to the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board and that in order to sell it, he needed to get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the board, The sub-office registrar also reportedly gave him a 20-page document claiming ownership of the land from the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board. Puzzled by this information concerning his own land, Rajagopal looked through his property paperwork but found no such claims.

I am from Hyderabad and Waqf board here is corrupt from top to bottom. Members of the board have become crorepatis after obtaining their seats. A lot of encroachment of these properties are by members , their families or the MLA's of the ruling party. it has been a marriage of convenience for all involved and there is no mechanism to enforce a way by which these members can be held to account independently.

Waqt was selling the property for 2 caroer to a relative of waqt member. The court ruled in our favor and told the waqt to come back after 60 years .

#Justicepls Sad true story- "REALTIVES ARE HAVAN" Rapes are often caused by blood related relatives and this is increasing day by day in a heinous scale. My girlfriend was raped severly by her cousin brothers when she was only 11 years old. As she lived in a joint family,this heinous act went for a long period of time.She was unconscious of the incident that was happening with him. Her mother didn't warn her of bad touch! Wish she had taught her something about bad touch or assault. Those do'gs presented this heinous act to her like a merry play or game! She suffered a lot,but couldn't tell her parents. The only person whom she gathered courage to say to was "Me". I was unknown of this fact.After nearly one year of relationship,she expressed her nightmares. I was totally shattered and heartbroken after hearing her experience of this stuffs. She was only 11! Only 11?!😅 What she went through was unbearable,I couldn't even think of. Yet,she was innocent,having no urge. She was pure,had no urge at all.Then why she faced this? Her close relatives took her innocence and abused her deeply. She realized everything when she was grown up at the age of 17! After that,she went to severe trauma and depression. She could't sleep at night for long time. Overthinking grabbed her deeply. I supported her till then.Also,counseled her like her own parents. I loved her more than anyone in this world. I gave her my life's 4 years. She was my everything. Cut to now,she is no more with me. She comitted suicide this year. The reason was not discovered! I thought she fully recovered from her trauma and all stuffs. I was astonished. what the reason was still unknown. Either this,or anything else,that she didn't share with me. But she is no longer with me.I am totally broken.I couldn't think of anyone else except her. She could have a great life ahead.She could become happy and successful. She killed herself and lost every happiness,killed my happiness too. I couldn't give her justice too. If she was alive,I would have gave her justice.But she is dead now. She faced only trauma in this world,nothing else.She could have give herself a chance to live life to the fullest. I remember a story from my childhood that reminds me of how the Waqf Board policy seems to work. In my village, there was a goat that no one owned. It wandered freely, eating grass and leaves wherever it pleased. Over time, it became quite healthy and gained a lot of weight. One day, we-the young boys of the village, about 15 to 17 of us-decided to cut the goat and have a feast. The plan was exciting, and we thought we were ready. But as soon as we made this decision, the village chiefs and headmen suddenly appeared. They began objecting to our plan. They said "You cannot have a feast with this goat," they said. They claimed that the goat was loved by all the villagers, even though no one cared for it, gave it shelter, or fed it. Despite their objections, we argued back, but eventually, we gave up and dropped the idea. Two or three months later, the goat mysteriously disappeared. We searched everywhere but couldn’t find it. After some time, we discovered the truth. One of the villagers had secretly caught the goat at night, slaughtered it, and used it for his son’s wedding feast. Ironically, this was the same man who had strongly objected to our idea of feasting on the goat! In the end, the problem wasn’t about cutting the goat; the real issue was who got to cut it. This story reminds me of the current Waqf policy. It seems that no Muslim can truly benefit from Waqf properties, but they still strongly object when someone tries to bring change. Why? Because the Modi government is attempting to make these changes.
