Mujhe help karne wala koi nahi tha...upar se Ghar ki problem...career ki problem...yaha Gujarat me 25000 rs mere pass na hone ki wajah se me 2 sal tak Enrollment fee nahi bhar saka,uski wajah meri practice ki shuruat Bahot late Hui..kitna dukh hua hai mujhe...Jo garib hai ya jinko financial or other problem hai unke bare me BCI walo ko sochna chahiye..Mera sab se bada nukshan vakalat late Hui wah hai

Enrollment and welfares are two different things...in enrollment bar must ensure that uniform free should be charged in all over India which should not more then rs.1500 in this time..in subject of welfare this is depends upon state bar and it also restricted by upper price bracket not more than 30k....if any state bar is charges more amount for welfare scheme then they are liable to provide handsome stipend to new advocates and other facilities.

Besides this, in Punjab and Haryana states, Bar associations at High Court and different district level are charging much higher membership fee much more than fixed in the regulation. Punjab and Haryana High court Bar Association charges different membership amounts from members i. e. Rs. 12000/ from persons who become member within two years of his passing llb, Rs. 25000/ from, two to five years and 55000/ from retired persons whereas regulation provides Rs 1750/ only from all. So, how a legal body of legal professionals can charge such fee in discriminatory manner without any rational criteria. Moreover, distt bar associations do not adopt such disceimination, thou they also charge more than prescribed i. E Rs. 2500 to 4000 from all. Is it legal or justified in profession.
