Bar council of India create hua h under advocate act 1961 Y ek statutory body h parliament k Ek act k through create hua h i.e advocate act of 1961 The bar council Of india har state k bar council se ek member elect karta h Attorney general or solicitor general iske ex officio members hote h Chairman or vice chairman ko council khud se hi elect karti h 2 yrs k liye Y mainly advocates se related saare functions karta h . like rights ko safeguard karna, state bar council ne koi matter reffer kiya h to dispose karna, promote karna Legal education ko, law University ko recognise karna, seminar conduct karna, bar council k fund ko manage karna etc....
