Q10: Tama ba na i-consider yung preterition in computing the share of Rebreb? Hehe.

Yes! If only one compulsory heir is instituted in the will, and the other compulsory heirs are omitted, preterition occurs. This results in the annulment of the institution of that compulsory heir or his legacy or devise may be reduced to ensure that the omitted compulsory heirs receive their rightful share in the inheritance. Kung tinatanong mo, kung magkano ang share ni Rebreb, teka, kinocompute ko pa. Hehe
