Ultimately nearly everything in a failing bar would be, as they should have the power to fix it, or at least to recognize that it was a problem. But calling Jon to fix something you know is a problem seems backwards. More like you call him if you don't know what you're doing, period. The bosses who know why they're failing are usually the ones that have the attitudes and resist change the most. Like the moms that won't fire stealing kids or the owners that love their crappy employees even as they drive away customers.

I dunno why this bothered me but my immediate thought was "isn't she making that drink a little too close to her exposed belly"? just bugged me for some reason? I've seen women in less making drinks on this show, but this is the only time I can recall the camera being at an angle where the drink looked too close to her body. I know it matters if the person has too much exposed skin, but this isn't that. I guess I just wonder if she couldn't have made the drink on the bar instead of right in front of her shirt with really exaggerated pours that call for her hand to be above her head. Unless that's how she measures her pours?
