There are two types of employees in the bar business that just don’t care. There are the one that really don’t care that the business is failing, they take advantage of the owners/managers, and when those employees try to succeed, there’s a 50/50 percent chance that they’ll still bring the bar down, or help make it better. Then there are those who learned to care over night, they got their attitude together, which led to the businesses advance in the industry. You can always tell if an employee will turn out good or not, by their performance on the job, on break, in general, and over night, when someone is there to call out their flaws, someone like JohnTaffer, who really makes them think.

Remember when a promotion at your job meant getting more responsibility AND more money? Seems like today employees only get one of these things. I'd quit the moment that the cameras stopped rolling

God yes, I remembered I was promoted to a manager and I stupidly said yes, and they said I wouldn’t get a raise in pay, but I’d get a raise in hours, biggest scam I swear smdh 🤦♂️

I felt bad for louie bc he really wanted to do it right but something was off. He couldnt connect with costumers, got hurt really bad and was nervous most of the time. Maybe Louie was going through a hard time and that affected his work. PS: english isnt my first language so probably i wrote some words wrong

I work at a bar.. I'm telling you that chanting and overly piled up people is literally just for tv. I've been to Vegas and it's not like this. I hate how they try to make it seem like every restaurant is super packed and not enough workers

yall it was part of the stress test. i’ve only seen jon do the stress test like this once. i agree with y’all, i’m not a fan of this method. if i remember correctly the different colors are because they ran out of sticky notes. and yes, anything they did incorrectly they got a sticky on their back. maybe jon did that to add even more pressure for the stress test?
